Ceil Apartments is a four storey building with 16 units in Brighton-Le-Sands within easy walking distance of the sandy beach that stretches around Botany Bay and Brighton’s café/restaurant scene.
Ceil introduces a modern and contextually responsive building form to the evolving street context. The building’s style, finishes and colours sit comfortably within this attractive bayside precinct.
Every apartment has a unique plan in response to the outlook and aspect, each with carefully configured terraces or balconies to maximise solar access and water views.
The ground floor landscaping provides an attractive natural coastal setting with a blend of endemic and exotic species.
